You should regard all reviews posted on this site as the highly subjective opinions of individual travellers.

We do not endorse any of the opinions expressed by reviewers nor the management responses.

We are a family friendly site and all reviews must meet our guidelines.

We will not post reviews containing:

• Profanity, threats, personal insults, prejudiced comments or hate speech
• Defamatory comments
• Reports which give rise to a suspicion that an offence has been committed
• Web addresses, e-mail addresses or phone numbers
• Text entirely in ALL CAPITALS
• Hearsay or rumours
• Content not relevant to travellers
• Content relating to travel more than 5 years ago
• HTML

All submitted reviews become the sole property of AOT.

Posting a review does not guarantee its acceptance for display on the website.
Approved reviews will be posted within five to seven business days.

Submissions that do not follow our review guidelines will not be posted.

AOT reserves the right to edit or remove reviews at any time for any reason.
